BOLOTIN is a Ukrainian artist based in Paris. Developing her technique with creative frenzy, her works are an orchestrated collision between chaos & order.

Within each artwork, several paintings awaken, offering an unsuspecting depth to her vision. Like a sculptor carving stone, she erases paint to birth new forms & hidden structures.

In a universe of disparate forms & colours, there’s an uncanny harmonisation in her paintings. She begins by exploring the mysteries of life at a cellular level where bursts of colour & creation writ large. 

Taking a step back, pareidolia is also at the heart of her approach. Evoking a psychological game where the subconscious mind struggles to impose meaning in the chaos, Bolotin’s works shift & evolve with each viewing.
